You bet! Love ferrets..Have had them for years, most were rescues from animal shelter.

They make really good pets and are easy to take care of.

How cool shelly!

What are they like to look after? How often should they come out? And smell?

Pretty easy guys to take care of. Feed them a good quality high protein/high fat diet, and I also supplement with "ferretone" which is a fatty acid oil based liquid full of other ingeds. that is good for their skin and hair coat. Ferrets do have a unique smell that some people find offensive. But i think you'll find if you keep their ears cleaned and give them an occasional bath with a shampoo made for ferrets, its not a problem. To keep him healthy, happy & fit, he should be let out at LEAST once daily, to play and climb around. Do this supervised of course, as they can get into places you never thought they could. They are very curious lil guys and will check out everythingggg. They are very socialble lil fellas and its really best to keep more then one IMO, not to mention seeing them play together is a riot!!! lol
